Suited for work places and those who are not able to travel to the meditation centre. Available to all major public sectors, schools, hospitals, offices and prisons are all welcome. As some of us have been spending more and more time at the work places, stress can easily build up if not dealt properly, or ignored completely. It has been scientifically proven that with positive mind state or attitude, one makes a greater recovery physically. Positive results are also found in younger learners at schools, and also in prisons, calming the mind can transform our attachments to anger which leads to the action to harm ourselves and others.
